Phil has been teaching Physical Education since 2005. He received his Undergraduate Degree from SUNY Brockport in 2002 and received his Master in Health Education from Hofstra University. During the summer, Phil coaches a summer baseball team. In his free time, he enjoys working out and watching sports.
